Need something built?

We take client work as well as our own. Websites from $1,400, apps quoted individually — with the rates and the process published rather than hidden behind a call.

What we're working on

Two kinds of work
First-party

Our own software

Our IP..

5 apps, three you can use today →Third-party

Built for other companies

Our customer's IP. We build it under contract and hand over the code and the accounts at the end. It carries their name, and it stays theirs.

Second Home

A marketplace for the other half. Lost the right shoe, missing one earring, one card short of the set — list what you've got and find whoever has the piece you're missing.

  • List a single item, not a pair or a set
  • Get matched to people looking for exactly what you have
  • Search by what's missing rather than by category
  • Trade, sell, or give it away — your call

fi

A financial independence calculator. Put in what you have, what you add each month and what you spend in a year, and it tells you how long until the investments cover the expenses.

  • See the year your portfolio starts outgrowing your contributions
  • Model taking some income early instead of waiting for the finish line
  • Change your contribution in phases as your circumstances change
  • Runs entirely in your browser — no account, nothing sent anywhere

Plant Guide

Step-by-step care for everything in your garden, tuned to where you actually live. Your soil, your light, your climate — not generic advice for a plant in the abstract.

  • Care steps adjusted to your location and season
  • Track each plant individually, not by species
  • Know what to do this week, not a wall of general tips
  • Works for a windowsill or a full plot

Client projects appear on this page once they're live and the client is happy to be named. If you'd like the first one to be yours, the rates and the process are published rather than hidden behind a call.

Build notes

Newest first

ffluxxSoft — division site is up. Both apps now have a home of their own to grow into.

Second Home — reworked search around what's missing rather than what's listed. Turns out people describe the gap, not the object.

Plant Guide — care steps now shift with local season instead of a fixed calendar. Same plant, different week, different advice.
